Who Are We?

Summary
World views have a lot to do with how one thinks. Are we one of billions of humans fighting to survive and eke out a living? Or are we something more? Some think that because we are here and gone tomorrow that there is a reason to pay attention. Others think we are spirits temporarily 'wearing' a 'meat suit,' coming and going and maybe coming and going time and again. Is enlightenment a goal we all pursue until we realize our Oneness… or are some of us better than others just by the luck of the draw? How one answers this question has a lot to do with how we approach life and politics.

What Do they Want?

Summary
Is is US or THEM? We do appear to be separate human beings with separate histories. On the other hand we can see ourselves as part of the same thing: families, cities and much more. Politics can use both view points, one for good, the other not so much. On the other hand, it is hard to figure out what other people want, if we don't communicate or relate to them.

Nearly everyone is for creating a heaven on earth, but no one has come up with a plan that works for everyone, only a few. Good times come and good times go and "this too will pass." The remembrance of peace and prosperity is deeply buried in humanity and it fuels the claims of prospective politicians on a continuous basis. A better world is coming if your vote for me!
